Bald Eagles in New Brunswick

The bald eagle is making a comeback in New Brunswick it is believed that there are now up to 145 breeding pairs that is double the number from 10 years ago and a huge difference from 1980 in which the province only had an estimated 12 breeding pairs.

The bald Eagle is listed as a regionally endangered bird under the Endangered Species Act. We have spotted numerous Bald Eagles on our outings.
