Taco chili or Taco Soup
So I made this for supper last night and
Peter asked me if I would remember the recipe which gave me an idea of posting
this. This is perfect on an cold winters
day specially after one of your off the beating path road trips. Sure to warm the body and soul!!
1 lb lean ground beef
1 can Pinto Beans
1 can Kidney Beans
1 can chili Beans
2 cans 1 can (4 ounces) chopped green
chilies
1 onion, chopped
1 pkg taco seasonings
1 pkg dry Ranch seasonings
1 large can diced tomatoes, undrained chili
style
I can kernel corn
For extra kick a few drops of tobacco sauce
or similar sauce.
Fry beef and chopped up onion
Add the rest of the ingredients
Bring to a boil
Reduce heat and simmer for 15-20 minutes
If you like it more like a soup add an extra
an of tomatoes and a can of water.
