This spot on the Meduxnekeag is easy access of the Highway on the Trans Canada near Woodstock NB. this is a very popular fishing spot or just a spot to hang. This spot is also easy accessed by ATV if you hit the trail by Canada Bread in Woodstock take a right and keep going straight many great spots along the way to fish.
The Meduxnekeag Valley Nature Preserve has more than 10 km
of well-marked and moderated walking trails and also offers easy to canoe or
kayak water conditions. Many island on
the Meduxnekeag are home the the very tasty fiddlehead (ostrich fern) which is
harvested in May.
