Pokiok, NB

We saw this place just before the bridge heading toward Nackawic.

This once emptied into the Saint John River near here and there was a nice waterfall.  The gorge was filled with the building of the Mactaquac dam in 1967, thus covering the waterfall.

People come here every year to do some fishing.

This is just under the underpass on the opposite side of the road.  The rocks here are huge and provide a nice place to sit.
